How to permanently delete your mychar.gg account, what data is removed including uploads and statistics, and what happens to paid plans.

You can permanently delete your mychar.gg account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Settings from your dashboard
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your character page (mychar.gg/yourusername) goes offline immediately
  • All your uploaded files (avatars, backgrounds, cursors, audio, clips, fonts) are deleted
  • Your links, games, and achievements are removed
  • Your statistics data is erased
  • Your account credentials and profile information are deleted
  • Your username is released and becomes available for others

If you have an active Pro or Elite plan, deleting your account revokes your lifetime access. The plan is not transferable and cannot be restored after account deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover your account, files, or data after deletion. Make sure you're certain before proceeding.
