With Elite you can point a domain you own at your character page. Visitors see your domain, like yourname.gg, instead of mychar.gg/username. Your mychar.gg link keeps working.
Both root domains (example.com) and subdomains (links.example.com) are supported. SSL is set up automatically, so your page is always served over https.
https:// or pathswww.yourdomain.com works tooYour email is safe: connecting only adds a single DNS record. Mail settings (MX records) stay unchanged.
If your domain was used on certain hosting platforms before, you are asked to prove you own it first. The dashboard shows a TXT record to add at your registrar. Add it, wait a few minutes, then click I've added the record. This is only needed once.
The exact values are shown in your dashboard, with copy buttons. Always use the values from the dashboard, they can differ per domain.

How to add a DNS record at popular registrars:
DNS changes usually apply within minutes, but can take up to 48 hours depending on your registrar. The dashboard checks automatically and shows a green Live status once your domain works. SSL is issued automatically right after.

Click Disconnect in Dashboard > Settings > Domain. Your page immediately stops being served on the domain, and mychar.gg/username keeps working. You can reconnect the same or another domain at any time.
Custom domains are an Elite feature. If your plan no longer includes it, your domain keeps working for 7 more days and is then disconnected automatically. Upgrading back to Elite lets you reconnect it.
