Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing on your dashboard.

Viewing Your Plan

The billing page shows:

• Your current plan (Free, Pro, or Elite)
• Your billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
• The next billing date
• Whether you're on a free trial

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling:

• You keep access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period
• After your billing period ends, your account downgrades to Free
• A 7-day grace period begins, during which your files above Free limits are preserved (see Usage & File Limits)

Resubscribing

If you've cancelled, you can resubscribe at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Resubscribe or choose a new plan
3. Your features restore immediately after payment

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your payment methods and view billing history through the Stripe customer portal:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Manage Payment Methods (or similar)
3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and manage billing details
